Workout #1 - Crawl from one side of a French door to the other, bang on the glass and kiss the cute baby in the reflection. Repeat 50 times.
Workout #2 - Stairmaster. Over and over again.
Workout #3 - Streeeeeeeeeetch!
Workout #4 - Leg lifts.
Workout #5 - Return to the French doors and bang on the glass some more - great for the triceps!
What a workout!! Now hit the showers - you're a sweaty mess!

how did one lil' baby get all the cuteness genes in the world??? And stretching on the tiptoes already? You are bound to be an athlete kiddo. Well, we are so happy we'll be coming down to see you for your big b-day next month!
